Q: How do I place an order ?
A: Indicate us the products ID with the Size from our Online
Catalog: www.hotefashion.com, After we received your order
confirmation, we will sum up the amount for your payment. You pay by
our Payment Methods with our payment details. we delivery the products
after your payment is confirmed.
Q: How are purchases packaged ?
A: Purchases are shipped directly from stocks, and are all
packaged in its original box. Merchandises are carefully surrounded in
protective material.
Q: I received the wrong merchandise, what should I do ?
A: Customers have an option of either requesting a refund or an
exchange for their merchandises. This request must be forwarded to us
within 7 business days from delivery, and in both options, returned to
our center within ten business days from the date of receipt. The
